We’re actually replaying all the games after playing downpour, but we’re on 2 right now.
I’m beginning to realize why looking at Angela’s knife can cause James to drive his car into the lake. It isn’t because examining the knife means that James is contemplating Suicide, it means he’s trying to figure out how to help Angela: how to SOLVE her puzzle and get an ending where she doesn’t walk up that staircase into hell. That always used to bother me how you can’t save her like you could Cybil. Angela is so childish and lost and you know she can’t get through this on her own. But her problems are her problems and she WANTS to keep them that way.
I have a problem respecting that of people. I want to help, I want to be involved, I want to be part of something. And I can lose site of when a friend just wants to be left alone. I look at other people’s knives too often.
